Taco Socko Spice Seasoning

 A house favourite, this spice blend is socko, y'all. Why socko? Coz it's awesome and delicious, and as defined by Merriam-Webster 'strikingly impressive, effective or successful'. Yes, our house made Taco Socko seasoning is an asset in your spice arsenal.


Besides the obvious, we sprinkle it on potatoes, cooked rice, roast chicken, beans à la minute (you know, the ones that come from a tin), eggs, nachos and you get it ... basically anything that goes with a Cerveza ;)


Ingredients:
4 tbsp cumin seeds (or cumin powder)
4 tbsp chili powder 
2 tbsp sea salt (optional)
1 tbsp onion powder
3 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp dried oregano flakes
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp paprika

Directions:
1. Grind away.
2. Store in an airtight container.
3. Label attractively.
4. Sprinkle liberally.
5. Share generously with family and friends.

Use within 6 months if stored properly in a cool and dry cupboard.
