Taco Socko Spice Seasoning
Tuesday, February 21, 2017Besides the obvious, we sprinkle it on potatoes, cooked rice, roast chicken, beans à la minute (you know, the ones that come from a tin), eggs, nachos and you get it ... basically anything that goes with a Cerveza ;)
Ingredients:
4 tbsp cumin seeds (or cumin powder)
4 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp sea salt (optional)
1 tbsp onion powder
3 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp dried oregano flakes
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1. Grind away.
2. Store in an airtight container.
3. Label attractively.
4. Sprinkle liberally.
5. Share generously with family and friends.
Use within 6 months if stored properly in a cool and dry cupboard.
